Downtown Enterprise has a new happy hour spot waiting just for you! We’re talking about The Social on Main Tapas Bar. Give them a warm welcome—and get yourself a cold drink—when you visit this recently-opened local business. And, fun fact, they’re close to our town’s famous Boll Weevil Monument!
A growing entertainment district
Earlier this year, our downtown earned the “entertainment district” zoning. (You can read our blog about it here.) Essentially, that means that downtown patrons can now legally walk around within the district with an open-container alcoholic beverage purchased from an entertainment district business.
Well, one result of that initiative is particularly tasty: The Social on Main Tapas Bar.

The motto of The Social on Main Tapas Bar is “where friends meet.” And, it sounds like they’ll have a lot of delicious offerings for you and your besties to bond over. They serve small plates—perfect for those post-drink munchies. Drink options include wine, craft beer, mimosas and cocktails.
The grand opening
Talk about starting off strong! The Social on Main Tapas Bar celebrated their soft opening on Oct. 16 followed by a grand opening on Oct. 29. Then, they followed it with a great Halloween party on Oct. 30, complete with a costume contest.
